Workout 3/12/14

So I followed through with my promise to myself and went to yoga before work then went to Zumba after work

- 60 minutes of gentle yoga
- 1.53 miles ~ 153 calories
- 50 minutes of high intensity Zumba toning

Burned a total of 855 calories! Feeling good :)

7 minute handstand practice in my bra and underwear.. 🙊 but finally was able to do them without being against a wall, still need to work on my form though!

I wish I could hold a handstand for a minute….
